On call painting service: if you are not present during the year and wish to maintain your paint job remotely (ex: Airbnb, offices buildings, other rental units, exterior painting & staining jobs).
Peace of Mind: A subscription to Paintenance includes an annual check-up & condition report.
The Annual Condition Report:
Annual check-ups allows us to maintain the quality & condition of your paint job.
After viewing your interior or exterior paint job, we will then present you with a Condition Report & create a plan for active or future maintenance.
Save money on repairs:
Signs of weathering on the exterior surfaces of your home or building such as mildew/surface mold, peeling, chipping and water damage are all detectable before significant repairs are required.
We can detect these signs of weathering and help treat these areas before the damage gets worse, thus avoiding costly repairs.

Annual subscriptions to Paintenance includes service ONLY to locations within the City of Nelson limits. Additional Travel charges will apply to all locations outside the City of Nelson limits.
If service is not redeemed within the 12 months upon subscribing, you will receive a 70% discount off the next billing cycle.
